All CBD vape juice in our shop is made in our laboratory using CBD from our hemp farm. When to use CBD vape

You can use your CBD vape pen or CBD vape juice as/when needed to suit you, but they will often be used in the following scenarios:
High-stress situations: This can include during travel, before a big presentation, or after a tough day, or simply for mental health management.
Pain relief: Users managing pain – whether it’s chronic pain or inflammatory conditions – sometimes use CBD vapes for pain relief. Using CBD vape for pain can provide quick relief making them a great option for flare-ups or reducing discomfort before physical activities. But the relief isn’t as long lasting as other CBD products.
Before bed: If you’re using CBD vape for sleep, then inhaling it before bed could ease you into sleep without the grogginess associated with other sleep aids like sleeping tablets.
Breaking habits: Vapes are becoming increasingly popular as a replacement or supplement for cigarettes, and, while there’s evidence vaping is a safer alternative to smoking, almost all high street vapes still contain nicotine. Our nicotine-free vape juice has 0% nicotine, replacing the effect nicotine can give with organic, broad spectrum CBD vape oils. There’s also been research into CBD helping with addiction/substance use – there is evidence CBD can help with nicotine addiction, without giving the negative withdrawal effects that you would normally feel from stopping an addictive substance.

Dosage for CBD vape pens

Our CBD vape pens contain a total of 200mg of broad-spectrum CBD oil . Each puff gives you roughly 0.33mg. We suggest a low dose to start of 1-5mg of CBD per session. That’s 3-15 puffs – allowing you to gauge your reaction without overdoing it. Gradually adjust the number of puffs based on the effects you experience, depending on your needs. For mild relaxation, you may only need 5-10 puffs (1.5-3mg). For more prominent effects, consider increasing to 10-20 puffs.

CBD is non-addictive, legally sound, and considered safe, but it is suggested to stay within 20-50mg of CBD per day. Remember that everyone’s body processes CBD differently, so observe how you feel after each session.
