Dosage for CBD creams
CBD face and skin creams in our retail and ecommerce stores are available in 300mg, 500mg or maximum 1000mg strengths and in a volume of 50ml. Using a normal amount to moisturise the face would typically be 3-5ml of facial cream which would contain around 20-70mg CBD depending on the strength and amount used. You could use more, or less, depending on your circumstances.

CBD face cream is sometimes referred to as hemp face cream, however not all hemp face cream contains CBD, so other “hemp” creams may have limited benefits.
