Dosage for CBD creams

Our CBD creams for pain come in a range of strengths. This means that within each product, you’ll get a total of 500mg, 1000mg or 2000mg CBD. These are concentrations not volume – so we have the 100ml cooling muscle and joint cream in both 500mg (medium strength) and 1000mg (maximum strength) versions. We also recently launched our max plus version, for those looking for a high strength CBD cream for pain.

CBD cream is sometimes referred to as hemp cream, however not all hemp cream for pain contains CBD, so it may have limited benefits for pain relief.

How to use CBD cream for pain

A pea-sized amount is good for a small area such as the hand or wrist. Scaling this up for a larger area such as a knee or section of the back. The strength of cream will determine the CBD that your skin can absorb, which each version being twice as strong as the previous. If you aren’t experiencing enough relief, try using more cream or purchasing a higher strength.
